Actor Pravin Jaiswar is steadily carving a space for himself in the Indian entertainment industry with consistent work across films, regional cinema, and digital platforms. With a background rooted in theatre and a growing on-screen presence, he continues to explore diverse characters while strengthening his acting journey.
Pravin began his career in Varanasi, where he actively performed with the Nagrik Natak Mandli theatre group. His early exposure to stage performances and street plays helped him develop strong acting fundamentals and a deep understanding of live performance. To refine his skills for the screen, he later moved to Mumbai and trained in camera acting at a professional acting institute.
Over the years, Pravin Jaiswar has worked in Bollywood films, Malayalam cinema, and web series, gradually expanding his reach across industries. In December 2026, he appeared in the Bollywood film Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi, which released in cinema houses on 19 December. The film featured Sanjay Mishra and Mahima Chaudhary in lead roles, while Pravin portrayed the character of Munna. He put in focused effort to bring authenticity to the role, which marked an important step in his film career.
Pravin is also part of the upcoming Malayalam film Chinna Chinna Aasai, scheduled for theatrical release in 2026. The film stars Indrans and Madhoo, and Pravin plays the role of a ship owner, adding another distinctive character to his filmography. In the digital space, he will be seen in the web series Jhakki, set to release on an OTT platform, where he plays Golu, a comic and light-hearted character.
Currently, Pravin Jaiswar is working on a horror film titled Pret Katha (Horror Story), which is still under production. Alongside his screen work, he remains closely connected to theatre and has also portrayed the role of Shaheed Bhagat Singh in a stage performance at the LIC Office in Varanasi.
